Possible Lineup of Justice League Movies Leaked

News recently broke out of a leaked set list of films Warner Bros. had ready to schedule for their Justice League series. The first part of the series started off with 2013's Man of Steel. The rest is scheduled as follows:

  1. MAY 6th, 2016: Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice
  2. JULY 2016: Shazam
  3. CHRISTMAS 2016: Sandman
  4. MAY 2017: Justice League
  5. JULY 2017: Wonder Woman
  6. CHRISTMAS 2017: Flash/Green Lantern team-up
  7. MAY 2018: Man of Steel 2
(Not a Court Drama as previously thought)

Batman V. Superman will be the main jumping off for the movie series to start introducing characters. Henry Cavill as Superman and Ben Affleck as Batman will be the main characters with Wonder Woman and Jesse Eisenberg (The Social Network) as Lex Luthor as minor/supporting characters.

This is NOT a confirmed list of films, but what definitely does seem likely is the Wonder Woman film happening sooner than later as Gal Gadot (Fast and Furious series) was already cast last year. Justice League coming out in May 2017 can really happen and I'm going to bet they start filming for it sometime in Spring/Summer 2015. If anything else, Comic-Con in July will surely bring us some answers and probably a confirmed scheduled with official casting... and possibly a turf war if both the panels of Avengers: Age of Ultron and Batman V. Superman are there.

(Don't fuck with his maritime laws)

Speaking of casting, on again/off again rumors of Jason Momoa (Game of Thrones) having been cast in a roll have come back with a vengeance as it is being reported that Khal Drogo himself will play Aquaman in both Batman V. Superman and the Justice League film.

(Yes, Shaq as a Genie actually happened)
Shazam, not to be confused with the music app or Shaq's Kazaam, is about a boy who is granted powers by an ancient Wizard named Shazam, to transform him into a Superman like hero named Captain Marvel. Rumors long ago had Dwayne Johnson circling the roll, but nothing has come up recently.

The Sandman title is probably lost on a good deal of you. I myself had to look up who this guy is. Basically he's the lord of Dreams and goes by the name of Morpheus and is pretty dark. This film will be part of the same universe as the Justice League films but won't be a direct link to them. Kind of like how the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy film is not a direct link to the Avengers. The film looks to have Joseph Gordon-Levitt (INCEPTION, 50/50) star, write, and direct in the production.

And finally just to touch on the Flash/Green Lantern team up, NO Ryan Reynolds will NOT be returning as Green Lantern. That movie is separate and will have nothing to do with these films.

Amazing Spider-Man 3 Pushed Back

Bad news for you Spider-Man fans. The Amazing Spider-Man 3 is being pushed back from
(Ain't nobody got time for push backs)
June 10th, 2016 to sometime in 2017. Rumor is though that the Sinister Six film is going to be bumped up into the June 2016 date to help set up ASM3.

For those of you that don't know, The Sinister Six are six of Spider-Man's enemies who decided "Hey, why don't we just team up on Spider-Man?" and that's exactly what they did. The members of the Sinister Six movie appear to be Green Goblin (Played by Dane DeHaan), Kraven the Hunter, Doctor Octopus, The Rhino (Played by Paul Giamatti), The Vulture, and possibly Mysterio. All of this has been hinted throughout The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and especially in the post credit images below.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is now playing in theaters and has a ManChild Approved rating of 4/5!

A Million Ways To Die In The West REVIEW:

In  A Million Ways to Die in the West. Albert Stark (Seth MacFarlane) is a cowardly sheep farmer who's girlfriend (Amanda Seyfried) leaves him for a more capable and mustached man (Neil Patrick Harris). To help him win her back the new mysterious women in town (Charlize Theron) agrees to help him learn how to shoot. But little does Albert know that her husband, a notorious outlaw played by Liam Neeson, is about to head into town.

First off, this comedy/satire western is definitely geared toward Seth MacFarlane's audience that have enjoyed Family Guy, American Dad, and Ted. So if you are not up for offensive jokes about Indians, or quite a bit of people dying in absurd ways, or someone taking a shit into a hat (Yes, that does happen in the film) , then this is probably not the movie for you. Unfortunately, the film falls short of being any where close as good as his previous work. Though it is crass and funny at times, for every hysterical joke there is, there are quite a few that, much like Albert, really miss the mark. Which is a shame because both Theron and Seyfried turn out great funny performances, but they're just not enough to save the film from mediocre comedy that it unfortunately is.
(Hercules is not happy about the film)

In short, if you have already seen everything that has come out this summer and need to kill some time at the theater then go ahead and see it, but don't keep your expectations high. Otherwise, just wait it out for a Netflix rental if you're still curious to see it.

RATING: A Very Generous 3/5.

Jurassic World Plot Details Confirmed

Recently the director for the upcoming Jurassic World, Colin Trevorrow, addressed some rumored plot detail rumors and even confirmed a few. Here's what we know:

  1. The film takes place 22 years after the first Jurassic Park.
  2. The park is now a full functioning successful luxury theme park with hotels, shopping, and of course big ass dinosaurs.
  3. Visitors at the park are already getting bored with the dinosaurs. They're starting to become a been there, done that type of things. Trevorrow described it as "We imagined a teenager texting his girlfriend with his back to a T-Rex behind protective glass. For us, that image captured the way much of the audience feels about the movies themselves. 'We've seen CG dinosaurs. What else you got?'"
  4. The answer to the visitor boredom is a new never before seen genetically engineered dinosaur, but it's not going to be some shitty Sci/Fy made for TV-movie monster like Sharktopus. "It's a dinosaur, created in the same way the others were, but now the genetics have gone to the next level, For me, it's a natural evolution of the technology introduced in the first film." Basically they will be gene splicing dino dna to create something new and extraordinary that's "bigger, louder, with more teeth," Now  I'm no paleontologist, but I have seen the other Jurassic Park films several times and I can already tell you that this dinosaur is going to just wreck shit up.
  5. Chris Pratt ( Star-Lord in the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy) plays a scientist conducting behavioral research on raptors. Here's hoping it's just Pratt goofing around the entire time and photo shopping the raptors.
(The Philosoraptor in its natural habitat)
A few of these I already reported on a month back when the first photos were released. Still unconfirmed though is a rumor that there is going to be a giant lagoon exhibit with water dinos just hanging out and possibly eating people. And also if any of the original cast will be back. Most reports and actors say no, but I can seem them having at least a cameo in the film. If anything else, then just to hear Jeff Goldblum's laugh. More news probably won't be heard about the film until probably San Diego Comic Con in July which would be a prime time to show some of the first footage of the film. There might also be a chance of a short teaser trailer releasing at some point this summer.

Jurassic World stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Vincent D'Onofrio, Jake Johnson, and Judy Greer and will open in theaters June 12th, 2015.

X-Men: Days of Future Past End Credits Scene

("So I put my hands up, they're playin my song, the butterflies fly away!")
For anyone who stayed after the credits for X-Men: Days of Future Past, you're probably wondering:
"Who is this guy playing Lincoln Logs with the ancient pyramids?"

That would be Apocalypse. He's one of the first mutants ever and was treated like a God by ancient civilizations. His powers include molecular self manipulation, immortality, energy manipulation, teleportation, and a lot of other crazy shit. He's pretty much one of those bad guys you would never want to fuck with. Oh, and he also has some henchmen called The Four Horsemen. These are mutants that he takes control of and makes them do his bidding of world domination.

He'll be the bad guy for the next movie X-MEN: Apocalypse which is due out on May 27th,  2016. The film will be set in the 1980's and is going to mainly feature the younger X-MEN: First Class cast... though some of the old cast will be returning as well along with some new characters (COUGH Channing Tatum as Gambit COUGH) .

X-MEN: Days of Future Past is currently playing in theaters and is definitely a must see film of the summer. You can locate your next showtime at your closest movie theater to see the film HERE. You can also see a totally unrelated gif of a dog searching the internet HERE.
